Ad Sales Instructions

As you all know, JCYBS has been able to keep our costs to our players down compared to other districts in our area. This is made possible through our fundraising.  The fee a player pays to play in our league only covers a small portion of the actual amount it is to play between insurance, equipment, maintenance, trophies, etc. This is why we need your help keeping costs down.

This year we will be selling Ad space in our 2017 JCYBS Programs! Sell space to local businesses to display their logo, sell space to local residents who sell a service, or sell space to friends and family that want to send well wishes to a player or the league!!

The fees for Ad space are as follows:

$35.00 for ¼ page

$60.00 for ½ page

$100.00 for Full page (5×7)

We are adding a twist! Let’s make this fun and competitive! This IS a competitive sport isn’t it???

There will be prizes awarded to the top 3 sales kids in the league!  Sell the most Ads, win the prizes!

1st prize – $50.00 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

2nd prize – $25.00 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

3rd prize – $15.00 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

Please make sure you try to sell at LEAST one Ad.

Also please get all Ad forms (and business cards, logos etc. attached) to your coach or league official ASAP so we can be sure all Ads are put in the program.

Deadline for turning in sales forms is Friday 4/21/17.
